The aim of the project is to create a sustainable and inclusive higher education environment that effectively supports and enhances the educational experiences of neurodiverse students and students with hidden disabilities.

Description

The methodology of the project is structured around three core pillars: the advancement of neuro‑affirming teaching practices, the strengthening of faculty capacity to engage with neurodiversity, and the promotion of awareness and community involvement. Complementing these pillars are cross‑cutting elements focused on effective project management and ensuring long‑term dissemination and sustainability, together forming a comprehensive framework for meaningful and lasting impact.

Expected project results

ENA will develop neuro-affirming pedagogical strategies, including teaching resources, assessment guidelines, and an inclusive learning toolkit. Faculty development will be supported through training modules, a handbook, and case studies. Awareness campaigns and a Neurodiversity Resource Hub will engage faculty, students, and the academic community.  The project will train 210 staff, reach 1400+ users, and engage 700+ students, ensuring long-term impact in higher education.
