HeyReady – a SMK Career Centre

HeyReady is a brand which defines SMK career services and which builds a career bridge between SMK students, graduates and business community, government institutions and organisations. Our vision is to develop employee competencies that reflect modern trends and demands, and to render career management services.

HeyReady provides support to SMK students and prepares them for a successful start of their career. With the input from SMK lecturers and Career Centre professionals, Hey Ready offers events, lectures, practical workshops.

The annual SMK event „The Career Days“ enables SMK students to meet with potential employers. Representatives of different businesses participate in this SMK event where they present the activities of their companies and their needs for employees.

Be Prepared to Enter the Labour Market

The Career Management Information System (KVIS) is an information system that renders career management services for students. Its main aim is to provide automated personal career management tools and services to students, to allow the KVIS users to monitor the career of graduates of higher education institutions and to inform the public about the findings of these monitoring activities.

The main recipients of KVIS services are students.

It enables you to:

•    develop and manage personal career plans;

•    develop competences needed for successful career management;

•    evaluate all important aspects of personal growth: your interests, values, talents, etc.;

•    find reliable information about career, professions, jobs, organisations, learning and education, internship and employment opportunities;
