September is right around the corner, so it’s time to prepare for the start of a new stage in your studies! SMK University of Applied Sciences in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda is eagerly awaiting future freshmen and invites them to start their studies by participating in the introductory week “SMK Intro,” taking place September 1-4. The first kickoff is the September 1st celebration at each SMK campus.

The first days of study are always full of new impressions, acquaintances, and discoveries. To make this phase as smooth and confident as possible, the “SMK Intro” orientation week is organized for freshmen. This is an opportunity-even before lectures begin—to get acquainted with the study environment, get to know the SMK community better, and prepare for a successful start.

Orientation week will start with the September 1st celebration, where all freshmen and upperclassmen are invited to gather. Freshmen will have the chance to meet their classmates, study program representatives, lecturers, and other community members. The introductory week will feature various orientation activities, useful lectures, practical sessions, and interactive initiatives to help ease the transition into student life.

During “SMK Intro,” freshmen will learn essential information about the study process, student opportunities, international programs, modern learning tools, and other aspects that will come in handy from day one. Most importantly, it’s a great opportunity to make new connections, find like-minded people, and become an active part of the SMK community.

Each of the three SMK campuses-in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda—will prepare its own program of exciting activities. Freshmen can look forward to useful information alongside a fun, engaging atmosphere and the chance to get to know their university city better.

We invite all freshmen to mark the dates in their calendars-September 1-4-and get ready for a memorable start to their studies.

See you at the “SMK Intro” orientation week!
