SMK INTERNATIONAL STAFF WEEK 2021 “EDUCATIONAL INNOVATIONS IN HIGHER EDUCATION”

It is our pleasure to invite you to attend the ERASMUS + International Staff Week at SMK University of Applied Social Sciences.

The ISW will be held from 7th to 10th of December 2021 and it is designed for administrative staff (teaching and non-teaching) interested in innovations that are applied in education.

The purpose of the International Staff Week (ISW) is to share the experience on the tools and technologies used for education, interaction with the students, lecturers, society. The ISW is also dedicated to expanding and strengthening international partnerships for mutual benefits, especially with a focus on partners’ search for blended mobilities implementation across different study subjects. The event comprises of discussions, presentations, best practice sharing, experiential activities related to educational innovations.

SMK would like to give the participants space for their presentations during the week, for better sharing of their knowledge and advice to each other.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, The International Staff Week will accept a limited number of participants. Please do not make travel arrangements before your participation is confirmed. We will confirm your participation after the registration deadline.

Participation is free of charge, however, participants are expected to cover their accommodation and catering costs. You will receive detailed information about accommodation after the registration deadline. Members of SMK European partner universities are recommended to apply for an ERASMUS+ grant through the International Office at their home institutions.

Important! Currently, the physical event is planned. However, the event might change to the online one taking into account the respective epidemiological situation of the COVID-19 pandemic in Lithuania.

NB! Only those who present the COVID-19 vaccination or recovery certificate can attend!
